Background
The F-4 Phantom II is the legendary fighter of the Cold War. Seeing service around the world, from USAF, USN, & USMC F4s in Vietnam, Israeli F4s in Yom Kippur, to today's F4s of the Iranian and Turkish Air Forces.
The Mod
This is a modded version of Sky On Fire:1940 with the addition of the F4 Phantom II
Remember to select your armaments in the customize menu. Click the pylons and scroll down to select your loadout. Make sure each pylon carry only one type of munition.

Install instructions
Zip File:
1. Extract Zip file
2. Run the exe file
3. Click Run anyways if Windows Defender comes up (trust me it's not a virus)

The SOF mod doesn't work for me and I can tell you why:
First, when I open game, until there, no problem. But as soon as I start playing, the FPS(Frame Rate per Seconds) quickly drops to 0, making the game litterally non-playable.
Now, the problem doesn't come from my computer for sure, because I have the original SOF on the computer. The problem is literally the mod in itself. Fix that
So yea, that's it, my rate? well, y'know....0/10..

Another bug in the most recent version(1.3.1.) The Air to Air missiles launch from multiple planes at the same time, even when they are in different squadrons. I understand that the guided missile system is completely new, so the game is still playable without it. Fortunately, it does not seem like missiles fire for enemies when you fire.
It doesn't work for me cuz I can't seem to download it and use it
Go to the Google Drive through the link and read the download instructions. For Windows, you need to extract the ZIP folder and run the exe file in the folder.
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but the Phantom IIs don't have Zunis, and the guided missiles don't fire when I press Y for both the Phantom II and Mig 21. Other than that, it's a great mod.
Nevermind about the guided missiles. You need to press Z first to turn on what seems to be radar, then the missiles can fire. Still no Zunis, though.
Under the LI and RI, scroll down. The drop-down menu have 3 items, but shows only 2 without scrolling down.
Why does the plane just fight against you??
